Meet Lisa

Hi! I am Lisa Sandler, proud owner and operator of Stay Strong Personal Training. I have always enjoyed exercise, but my fitness journey started in earnest during the pandemic in 2020. Being at home, with lots of time on my hands, I did what many people did and treated the time as a vacation, eating and drinking, and not doing much exercise, without a care in the world. I looked in the mirror one day and did not like what I saw. Worse, I did not like how I felt - I had no energy and was very moody. Not a good way to spend time with my family! That day, I changed my way of eating and kicked my workouts into high gear. Thirty pounds down, I am maintaining my goal weight and have continued to build lean muscle with weight training and cardio activities (although weight training is my first love). 

During this time, I also became fascinated with body mechanics and nutrition. I got my Sports Nutritionist Certification from AFPA and then decided to become a Certified Personal Trainer through NASM. I also received my NASM Virtual Trainer Certification.

I am incredibly proud and excited not just to take my fitness to this next level, but also to help others reach their goals. 

How Can I Help You?

I would love to help you be your best self. I offer in person and virtual sessions. In person sessions can be at your home or mine, or at your gym. I also offer single sessions or packages.
